About
"The Center"
The Arabelle Center for Education was born from the heart and mind of Robin Hedspeth, with the financial and moral support of her husband, Kevin Hedspeth. With a passion for teaching students, opening this center is absolutely a dream come true. It is an answer to prayer. The Center is named for Robin's paternal great grandmother, Arabelle Creighton Carter, who was a one-room school teacher in the Hickory Grove community in Charlotte, NC. It is our hope that "The Center" will be a blessing to the Rockwell community and to Rowan County students.
